Positive VS Negative Self-Talk

Self talk is something we do naturally as we go about our day. How we talk to ourselves affects our mood, our emotions, and our self confidence. It’s easy to allow self talk to become negative and critical, but this makes us less productive, and increases our self doubt. Are you supportive of yourself?
